The short version
MockupBI has no accounts, no login and no payments, and it does not collect your personal information. Your dashboards stay in your own browser.
What we do not collect
- No names, email addresses or passwords, because there is nothing to sign up for.
- No payment or billing details.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and no tracking cookies.
What stays in your browser
Everything you build (pages, visuals, saved dashboards, templates and components) and your light or dark theme choice are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. We cannot see it and it is never uploaded to us. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it, so use Export → JSON if you want a backup.
Hosting
The site is delivered by a hosting provider, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to run and secure the service. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Emails you send us
If you email us or use Send Message in the app, we receive your email address and message so we can reply. We use them only for that purpose.
Other websites
Links to other sites (for example the Buy Me a Coffee button) take you to services with their own privacy policies.
If this changes
If we add sign-in or payments in the future, we will update this policy before collecting any information, and it will say exactly what is collected and why.

Using MockupBI
MockupBI is a browser tool for creating dashboard mockups. It is free to use while in beta and is provided as is, so features may change or be removed.
Your work
You own the dashboards you create. They are stored only in your browser, so you are responsible for keeping backups (Export → JSON, PNG, PDF or PowerPoint).
Sample data
All data in MockupBI is fictional sample data for mockups. Do not treat it as real figures or rely on it for decisions.
Acceptable use
Please do not try to disrupt or attack the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Trademarks
MockupBI is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft, Power BI or any other business intelligence vendor. Product names are used only to describe inspiration or compatibility, and belong to their owners.
No warranty and limited liability
MockupBI is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including lost work.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use MockupBI means you accept the current terms.
